Based on the previous step, we’ve selected the best suited spaces. Free to choose!

Tarmac Small space, up to 120 people.
  • Polyvalent and acoustic closed down small space, up to 120 people
  • You can rent the Tarmac every day – also during the weekend – between 9 AM and 2AM.
  • You can rent the Tarmac for minimal 3 hours.
  • You can rent the Tarmac with or without purchase of drinks. All consumed drinks are required to be purchased through STAN.
  • Light-, sound- and audio-visual material will be available upon request, as well as a platform and a kitchenette (only warm up).
  • The tenant will take care of the room lay-out (including build-up and breakdown).
  • Please apply at least two weeks in advance to guarantee a smooth processing of your request. Cancelling your event is free until two weeks before.

Meet & Greet Meeting room, up to 20 people.
  • Meeting room, up to 20 people
  • You can rent the Meet & Greet every day – also during the weekend – between 9AM and 10PM, excluding Thursday afternoon between 9AM and 5PM.
  • Renting the Meet & Greet is free for students, also on Monday and Wednesday evening between 5PM and 10PM.
  • You can rent the Tarmac with or without purchase of drinks. All consumed drinks are required to be purchased through STAN.
  • There will be a beamer, flipchart, videoconferencing system/digital presentation screen in the space.
  • There is a fixed room lay-out, so there is no other lay-out possible.
  • Please apply at least two weeks in advance to guarantee a smooth processing of your request. Cancelling your event is free until two weeks before.

Lounge Event space, up to 150 people.
  • Event space, up to 150 people
  • You can rent Lounge every weekday from 5:30 pm to 2 am. On weekends, you can also rent the room during the day from 9 am to 2 am.
  • You have to rent Lounge for minimal 3 hours.
  • You can rent the Lounge with or without purchase of drinks. All consumed drinks are required to be purchased through STAN.
  • Light-, sound- and audio-visual material will be available upon request, as well as a platform. Amplified music is not allowed.
  • The tenant will take care of the room lay-out (including build-up and breakdown).
  • Please apply at least two weeks in advance to guarantee a smooth processing of your request. Cancelling your event is free until two weeks before.

Great, you have found your favourite space in our house. Please tell us whenever you would like to reserve.

You can select multiple data. Add a new date request every time. If you have chosen a date upon which the preferred space is not available, you will see that immediately. Non-available dates will not be sent to us.
