STUDY360: The Winter Well-being Edition

STUDY360: The Winter Well-being Edition

We’re back—STUDY360 is defrosting!  It’s the season to be jolly, but let’s face it, it’s also the season to study our butts off! From December 3rd to January 30th, you can study at unique locations all over Antwerp. Because let’s be real—who doesn’t want a change of scenery from that dull desk in your dorm or the dusty old library?

This edition features five brand-new study spots and a greater focus on well-being because your (mental) health should always remain priority number one during the exam period.

Fleks

Need a place to study in Berchem? Meet Fleks! This youth organization is all about helping young people grow, innovate, and build connections. So, if you want to sneak in a little networking session for your next groundbreaking business idea during study breaks, Fleks is the place to be!

And when you need a breather, you can play some billiards or darts—just like a café vibe! So, flex those study skills and check out Fleks.

Vlinderpaleis

Yes, you can now study at THE Palace of Justice on Bolivarplaats! Got a law exam coming up? Then this courthouse is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the world of justice and legal systems.

This iconic glass building even resembles the Sydney Opera House, but much closer to home! So, study hard here—otherwise, there might be legal consequences…

Het Bos

No, you won’t be studying in a literal forest, but in the artistic hub Het Bos! This creative hotspot is all about connecting people, making it the perfect place to study in a cozy yet dynamic setting.

Don’t expect complete silence, but do expect free coffee and tea! The artistic vibes will give your brain a fresh dose of inspiration. Once you’ve studied enough, you can stick around because, after 4 PM, Het Bos transforms into its warm and welcoming Bosbar.

ACV Puls

ACV Puls is a trade union that fights for workers’ rights—and now they’re here to support students too! You’ll be studying in their meeting room, a cozy auditorium with comfy chairs and microphones that make it feel like you’re in parliament.

Surrounded by an atmosphere of solidarity and support, you’re sure to ace your exams. Plus, this location is in the heart of the city, so you can soak in some culture during your study breaks.

CABIN

An oldie but goldie—but this time, CABIN comes with a fresh twist! You can study here in peace with a coffee or tea in hand, either solo or with friends for some extra mental support.

CABIN is all about student well-being, so if you need to talk or are feeling off, this is the perfect spot for you. They also organize cool workshops and evening sessions to help you manage stress during the exam period. Definitely worth a visit!

Well-being First

This year, STUDY360 is all about well-being. We know how stressful exams can be, so we’re giving it the attention it deserves. On the STUDY360 website, you’ll find an entire page packed with tips & tricks to make your exam season as stress-free as possible.

Set achievable goals, take fresh-air breaks instead of endless scrolling on your phone, and reach out if you’re feeling overwhelmed. The website also has useful contact details for organizations that can help if you’re not feeling your best.

Don’t isolate yourself during exams—come study at our locations! We want you to feel good, not just during the exam period but beyond it too.

Good luck—we believe in you!

IMPORTANT INFO

At STUDY360, we adopt the principle of ‘Few rules but lots of respect’. So our list of rules is short but anyone that doesn’t respect them will be asked to leave the study location.

Make sure to read these tips and rules before visiting your favorite study spot.

BEFORE ARRIVAL

  • Register on our website! This is compulsory.
  • First check on the website which locations are open and whether your favorite spot are still available. This avoids queues that could compromise safety and disappointment on site.
  • Be sure to check opening hours too. Some venues open at weekends or in the evening.

Make sure you have your access code with you! You recently received this by email.

ONCE YOU GET THERE

  • Log in and out using the tablets provided for this purpose. This allows us to display the number of available places live on the website so that nobody turns up at a location and is surprised to find there is no space. We can disallow you the entrance to any study place for the whole period if you don’t check in.
  • Study in the designated areas and at the designated spaces.
  • Be polite. The staff, the building and facilities are there for you, treat them with respect.
  • Do not cause any noise disturbance. Do not talk too loudly and please refrain from using your mobile phone.
  • Any damage caused to the infrastructure will be on your account.
  • Keep the rooms clean. Tidy up your place when you leave.
  • Avoid wasting any space. Do not take up any more space to revise than necessary, your coat or bag do not need their own seats, and do not reserve seats for people who are not their yet.
