We have been looking up which places you can go for FREE when ‘alright’ is no longer the answer on the question how you’re doing.
- Mental Health Europe shows tips about how to cope with stress during the pandemic, to look after your mental health and gives an overview with resources of helplines and services in European languages.
- The app Catch It is a joint project between the Universities of Liverpool and Manchester, to help users better understand their moods through use of an ongoing diary. The app was designed to illustrate some of the key principles of psychological approaches to mental health and well-being, and specifically Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
- Care4refugees offers breathing and relaxation techniques available in multiple languages.
- The International Offices, school services for students, are there for all your questions about your education and if you feel like you need more help.
